Dear Customers, 

Our clinic is open but certain conditions apply

In accordance with the provisions of the National Veterinary Council :

• Wearing a mask is MANDATORY.
• We will receive patients only by appointment;
• We will do everything possible to protect you and our team by respecting the "barrier" measures of cleaning and disinfection, as well as mainatining the minimum distance of one meter between us.
• In order to respect this minimum distance of one meter, we may possibly ask you to stay outside during the waiting times (before consultation, waiting for results).
• Visits are only possible by appointment and only in the afternoon from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. A maximum of 2 people can be present during the visit. 

All the measures set out by the government have been taken to ensure the safety of our clients as well as our staff. We would also like to remind you that there is no evidence to date of the transmission of COVID 19 from pets to humans, but they may be carriers.

Finally, like any veterinary organization, we are subject to the directives of the National Veterinary Council and adapt its measures according to the rules in force. We hope to be able to count on your understanding and cooperation.
