How do I make an appointment?
As areferral-based clinic, we receive patients based on the medical opinion of the vet who is treating your animal. Appointments take place from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 19:00 with no interruptions and you can contact us by telephone – contact our secretaries on +33 (0)320344134. They will arrange a consultation time with you, depending on the urgency and your availability. During this call, we will let you know if your animal needs to have an empty stomach, depending on the type of examinations required. When you come to us, please ideally bring as many documents as possible concerning your pet (analyses, X-rays, blood tests..) so that our vets do not need to duplicate any tests.
What are the prices?
Formore complex interventions (in particular surgical interventions), a quotation will be provided to the pet owner.
We systematically approach the subject of the cost of care, from the very start of the treatment. There needs to be a straightforward discussion of this subject with owners who require significant treatment for their animals.
With an instalment plan, you have the option to pay your bill in 3,4,5, or 10 instalments.
In order to benefit from this instalment plan, we ask you to bring the following with you when making your payment :
- An RIB slip (banking slip confirming your bank details)
- A valid form of identification
- A French credit card
